Five children were sentenced to the father of a year and a half for the distribution of fake.According to the prosecution, the accused shot a video on the phone with knowingly false information about the January events, “creating a danger of causing significant harm to the interests of society protected by law.”The man published a video on YouTube, reports the publication “My City”.
His case was considered in the Makatsky District Court.The prosecutor asked to punish a man with a restriction of freedom for a year and a half.The defendant asked to bear an acquittal against him.The press service noted that the court drew attention to the circumstances in which the defendant was located:
“The court, when sentencing as mitigating criminal liability and punishment of circumstances, took into account the presence of five minor children in dependent.In the indictment, the investigator of aggravating circumstances has not been established.In such cases, the court is not entitled to establish them on its own initiative. ””
The final sentence is a restriction of freedom for a period of one year and six months.For the sentenced, test control will be installed with the involvement of forced labor for 100 hours a year.The court verdict did not enter into legal force.
