The process that began on June 13 in the Almalinsky District Court already, as usual, revealed a whole bouquet of violations and inconsistencies of the investigation.

From January 11 to 15, Imankulov was in the building of the police department of the Almalinsky district, where he was under torture and without the presence of a lawyer (which is no longer surprising) forced to “admit guilt”.According to the defendant, he found weapons on the street and tried to get through to the police, but as you know, on those alarming days, the law enforcement officers were not up to order in the city and not up to the challenges.Therefore, he carried the finds to the hairdresser, belonging to his friend - until better times.
The witness in the case, at the same time, the friend of the defendant Diaz Zamanbekov was also detained on January 11 and was also tortured for three days.However, somehow he managed to prove the “operas” that in the days of the riots he was at home and was released.However, he confirmed that he had heard from Alibek that he had found a weapon and wants to put him to the police.
It was also possible to interrogate the investigator Eskender Bayserik.The latter, as reported, is on labor leave in another city, and for this reason was able to testify online and with a jumping Internet.The lawyer Gulnara Zhuaspaeva repeatedly tried to attract the attention of the judge of Imankulov and the prosecutor to the identified procedural disorders.However, both pretended that they did not hear anything and did not see.And another moment was revealed by the defender.Some of the criminal case materials were without a translation, to which the witness, at first, claimed that this could not be, then he said that there was enough translation of the last page with a conclusion, and finally made a third attempt, explaining everything by a technical mistake.Both the prosecutor and the judge were quite satisfied with his charming explanations, rejecting the protest of the lawyer.
It also turned out to be a discrepancy between photographs from the place of storage of weapons with a real place - a salon of a hairdresser.The investigator did not even find what to say.The judge came to the rescue, offering to interview the witnesses and then everything will fall into place.In the meantime, there is no reason to remove this episode from the case materials.
The continuation of the Bayserik interrogation is scheduled for June 16, offering it to connect from the court building in order to avoid constant (and possibly intentional) Internet disconnects.
