Yermek Batyrkhanov Temirvekovich

A resident of Oskemen tells about her employee – Batyrkhanov Yermek, who has been illegally held in jail for two months:

“My name is Zarina Zhumysbayeva; I am a resident of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region. I came to tell you about my employee, Yermek Batyrkhanov Temirvekovich, who has been illegally held in jail for two months. I took him to the rally at 6:30 p.m. and picked him up from the rally at 8:30 p.m. I also came to support all parents whose children were detained. All our investigations are conducted in violation of the law. There is lawlessness everywhere. Terrorists did not come to us.

They invented 20,000 terrorists themselves. Even if you think logically, for terrorists to come to us, 100 planes must fly to us. For these 20,000 terrorists to fly away, 100 planes needed to take off. We, the citizens of Kazakhstan, see and understand everything. I appeal to Mr. Tokayev, and I demand the release of all innocent citizens from prisons; I demand to stop the torture and beatings of our citizens. They are not terrorists! For this reason, I support the peaceful people of Kazakhstan. I came here to support them.”
