Description of events:

On Temirlan Yernazarov, the investigation has nothing:

• no video evidence from the protest site;

• there is no evidence on Temirlan’s phone;

• there is no confession from Temirlan because he really has never been anywhere.

He is tortured, beaten, not provided with proper medical treatment, which is also interpreted as “TORTURE”.

He is charged under Article 272 part 2. He was arrested on 01/05/2022, but all the decisions are dated 01/08/2022. He was held for two days in a basement, beaten and tortured. Then he was taken to a temporary detention center on Stakhanov Street, where he spent three days, then he was brought to the pre-trial detention center.

Until today, he’s been sanctioned and locked up for 2 months. After 1.5 months, only one investigation took place, they checked the phone and found nothing. He was not involved in any crimes. Until today, we have not been shown anything, they said that there is a video, but we are not shown it.

On the weekend, half an hour before the trial, I got a call saying there would be a trial! His detention was extended for another 2 months until 05/08/2022. We asked at the trial to release him under house arrest or on bail, because he is the only breadwinner. They did not consider it and extended it for two months.

When they were in the police department, they were all beaten and tortured. We wrote an application for examination on 01/24/2022 They answered us on 02/08/2022., but the office did not send this answer, I received it only today 03/01/2022. X-rays were allowed in this Institution.

Yesterday when I arrived, his blood pressure rose to 200, he himself has high blood pressure. Only after I made a fuss and went outside, they measured his blood pressure, it became 180, he was given medication and lowered the pressure. To this, we also wrote a statement to be examined, but we have not yet been answered.

Yesterday we wrote, we think that within three days we will receive an answer. We do not insist that he be fully acquitted, let him at least be released under house arrest.

Due to his state of health and marital status, I ask him to be released under house arrest. Because there is no evidence, there is nothing in the phone, no videos were given to us.
