Raibek Aitmolda

15-year-old Raibek Aitmolda, a schoolboy studying in the 9th grade – was detained on January 7, 2022, and placed in the pre-trial detention center in Taldykorgan. Raibek Aitmolda was subjected to severe torture: his back was burned with a hot iron, beaten with a truncheon, kicked, they wanted to pull out his teeth. He suffered a fracture of two ribs.

He is being prosecuted for allegedly “stealing weapons.” On January 5, 2022, unknown people, as he himself says, “it is possible that they were police officers,” with AK-47 assault rifles, forced him to go to the akimat and take pistols. These people brought him and other people and forced him to take guns. He took two guns and went home. I didn’t shoot at anyone. From a 15-year-old schoolboy, the authorities wanted to make a “terrorist.”
